With any room booked on a 3rd party site (such as booking.com/Hotels.com) there is no specific room choice andwe cannot offer upgrades or changes due to 3rd party restrictions. Using one of these sites also means the booking is more expensive - you will see a comparative rate when searching on our site so you can be assured you are getting the best possible price. Often third party sites will show you a rate without breakfast or add taxes at the end of the booking process so watch out for this!

Booking with a Pet:

We welcome dogs.

Pets are charged at £15 per pet, pet stay and are welcome in The Garden Southsea and The Florence Arms. Please note - rooms are given extra housekeeping attention on departure to ensure guests with allergies are not affected by our acceptance of dogs. 

Car Parking:

Parking is a mix of on and off road. Off road and Gated Parking can be booked in advance via the hotel website.
