Why to book direct:
With any room booked on a 3rd party site (such as booking.com/Hotels.com) there is no specific room choice and we cannot offer upgrades or changes due to 3rd party restrictions. Using one of these sites also means the booking is more expensive - you will see a comparative rate when searching on our site so you can be assured you are getting the best possible price. Often third party sites will show you a rate without breakfast or add taxes at the end of the booking process so watch out for these tactics!
Booking with a Pet:
We do take dogs (except at The Clarence Hotel) but please bring a bed or blanket for your pet to sleep on. For the comfort of all guests dogs are not allowed in our dining room for breakfast time but are welcome at Gastro Pub The Florence Arms for evening meals in the bar area. Dogs are charged at £15 per pet pet stay. Please note - rooms are given extra housekeeping attention on departure to ensure guests with allergies are not affected by our acceptance of dogs.
